Complete Gaming Desktop

The PRC Born2Game Special Edition is a pre-built gaming desktop built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor clocked at 3.4 GHz and an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, a 2 TB NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Pro installed. The system targets enthusiasts who want high core counts and strong 1440p gaming performance without assembling components themselves.

Compatibility Checklist

Verify that your display provides a compatible input for the Radeon RX 5700 XT and that your desk space accommodates a full-size tower chassis. Confirm your local mains voltage matches the 700 W power supply rating and that you have a free wall socket or UPS outlet. Ensure any peripherals you plan to connect use USB, audio or Ethernet interfaces supported by the ASUS X570 motherboard. The 288-pin DDR4 slots are populated, so future memory upgrades will require replacing the existing modules.

Upgrade Perspective

This machine replaces an older desktop that struggles with modern titles or multi-threaded workloads such as streaming and content creation. The jump is worthwhile when your current platform lacks the 16-core CPU, 8 GB GDDR6 GPU or fast NVMe storage needed for smooth 1440p gameplay and responsive multitasking. Buyers who need more than 16 GB of RAM, additional GPU memory or a newer architecture should consider a different configuration.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Born2Game Special Edition and what must I buy separately?

The system ships with the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor, Cooler Master liquid cooling, 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 graphics, 2TB NVMe SSD, WiFi 5 card, Gigabit Ethernet and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. A monitor is not included.

Which version of the Radeon RX 5700 XT is fitted in this build?

The installed card is the Radeon RX 5700 XT with 8GB of GDDR6 video memory. No other GPU variant is offered for this configuration.

How does the 3.4GHz base clock on the 16-core Ryzen 9 5950X translate to actual gaming performance?

The 3.4GHz base frequency across 16 cores gives strong multi-threaded throughput for modern titles, while the unlocked design allows higher boost clocks under load when the Cooler Master 240mm liquid cooler keeps temperatures in check.
