Questions about this item

What PCIe standard does the Radeon RX 6600 XT use and what throughput does it cap at?

The RX 6600 XT connects through a PCIe 4.0 x8 link on the X570 motherboard, limiting it to roughly 16 GT/s per lane in practice.

What case and motherboard form factors must match for this build to fit?

The ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 is an eATX mid-tower that accepts the X570-PLUS WiFi board and a 360 mm front-mounted radiator.

How is the Thermaltake Floe Riing 360 RGB cooler installed and which step is often missed?

Mount the 360 mm radiator to the front panel first, then seat the pump block on the Ryzen 7 5800X with pre-applied paste; builders often forget to plug the pump header into the CPU_FAN connector.
