Built for 1080p gaming

This desktop pairs an eight-core Ryzen 7 5800X running at 3.8 GHz with a Radeon RX 6600 XT carrying 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. The combination targets smooth frame rates at 1080p resolution in current titles. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 1 TB NVMe drive.

Memory and storage headroom

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4-3200 RAM handles modern games and background tasks without paging. The 1 TB NVMe SSD holds a working library of large titles, though heavy media creators will reach capacity sooner. The 700 W power supply delivers stable current for the installed components.

Case cooling and connectivity

An ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 tempered-glass chassis houses a Thermaltake 360 mm liquid cooler that keeps the unlocked processor at working temperatures. Integrated WiFi 5 and gigabit Ethernet provide network options. Buyers who want more graphics memory or a second card cannot expand beyond the single PCIe slot populated by the RX 6600 XT.

Questions about this item

Will my existing DDR4-3200 modules work alongside the 16GB already installed?

Yes, the board uses 288-pin DDR4 DIMM slots so any DDR4-3200 kit will run at the same 3200 speed without configuration changes.

How do I confirm the Radeon RX 6600 XT is delivering its 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer in games?

Open Radeon Software, select the Performance tab and verify the VRAM readout shows 8GB while a 3D load is running.

Does the ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 case ship with the Thermaltake Floe Riing 360 RGB cooler pre-mounted?

Yes, the 360 mm liquid cooler is factory installed on the X570-PLUS WiFi board inside the GT501 chassis; only a monitor, keyboard and mouse need adding.
