Right-Handed Vertical Mouse

The Evoluent VM4 is a right-handed vertical mouse designed to keep the forearm in a neutral handshake posture. It targets office workers and home users who experience wrist strain with conventional flat mice. The upright shape encourages a more relaxed grip during long sessions.

Upgrade From Flat Mice

This model replaces a standard horizontal mouse when the priority is reducing forearm pronation. The jump is worth it for anyone who spends hours pointing and clicking and wants a device built around a vertical orientation. It is not for left-handed users or buyers who want a traditional flat profile.

Check USB Port And OS Support

Verify that the computer has an available USB-A port for the wired connection. Confirm that the operating system in use supports standard HID mouse drivers without extra software. The unit is not wireless, so a free port must be within cable reach.

Questions about this item

Does the Evoluent VM4 Vertical Mouse require a specific USB port type to connect?

The mouse connects via a standard USB cable, so any available USB Type-A port on your computer will work without adapters or drivers.

What is the common mistake during first-time setup of the Evoluent VM4?

Users often forget to remove the protective plastic feet covers on the bottom before use, which prevents the mouse from gliding smoothly on the desk surface.

Are the mouse feet on the Evoluent VM4 replaceable when they wear down?

Yes, the PTFE glide feet can be peeled off and replaced with standard aftermarket mouse feet to restore smooth movement over time.
