Questions about this item

What voltage does the 120 V AC input actually deliver to the 1000 W heating element?

The unit plugs into a standard 120 V AC outlet and the Control Master heat control regulates the 1000 watt element to maintain the selected temperature.

Will the 13.1 inch by 12.8 inch footprint with 5.4 inch height fit on my counter and under my cabinets?

The skillet measures 13.1 inches deep, 12.8 inches wide and 5.4 inches high, weighing 5.7 pounds, so check your clearance before placing it.

How do I install the Control Master heat control probe so it maintains temperature correctly?

Insert the probe firmly into the socket on the side of the pan until it clicks; the unit will not heat if the connection is loose.
