PRESTO Pressure Cooker Vent Pipe Part 85652

Replacement Vent Pipe for Presto Pressure Cookers

The Presto 85652 vent pipe is a direct-fit OEM-compatible component that restores proper steam release and pressure regulation. It fits models 21, 21AV, 21S, 5, 7, 7AV and 7S. Owners of other pressure cooker brands or unlisted Presto models cannot use this part.

Sustained Operation and Pressure Integrity

During extended cooking cycles the metal construction maintains precise threading for a secure, leak-free seal. Consistent steam flow prevents the regulator from sticking or failing to rock, which eliminates pressure spikes and uneven cooking. A clogged or corroded original pipe cannot deliver this stability over long periods.

Thermal Behaviour and Safety Function

The vent pipe channels excess steam away from the regulator to keep pressure within design limits. Its durable metal body withstands repeated heat cycles without warping or corrosion that would restrict flow. Normal use produces only the intended steam venting sound with no additional vibration or noise.
