Wet And Dry Durability

The comb withstands repeated exposure to water and shaving foam without warping. It remains secure on the trimmer during shower use and resists cracking when rinsed under a tap. The material tolerates regular cleaning cycles.

1 To 18 Millimetre Range

The adjustable comb selects cutting lengths from 1 mm to 18 mm in a single accessory. Buyers who need lengths beyond 18 mm or a fixed-grade comb without adjustment will need a different attachment.

Questions about this item

Does the 1-18 mm comb attachment generate any extra noise or heat when the clipper runs all day?

The comb is a passive plastic attachment with no motor or electronics, so it adds no noise, heat or power draw to the clipper.

Which clipper models must I already own for the QT4070/32 comb to fit?

It fits prewave models QT4050, QT4070, QT4075, QT4090, BT7090 and BT7085.

Will the 18 mm comb work properly on an older QT4050 or BT7085 unit I have kept?

Yes, the comb is listed as compatible with those older models, so it will attach and cut at the same 1-18 mm lengths.
