Five guide combs for Remington trimmers

This set supplies five black guide combs sized 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm and 18 mm for compatible Remington hair trimmers. It is intended for men who already own one of the listed models and need replacement or spare attachment combs. The combs clip onto the existing trimmer head to set the cutting length. They are sold new without original retail packaging.

Wet and dry compatibility

Each comb is rated for wet and dry use, so they can be used in the shower and rinsed clean under running water. The material resists moisture without warping, allowing the same attachments to serve both grooming routines. No additional lubrication or special cleaning steps are required beyond normal rinsing.

Model-specific fit

The combs fit only the Remington models HC5015, HC5020, HC5030, HC5150, HC5350, HC5355, HC5356, HC5357, HC5850, HC5855 and HC5870. Buyers with other Remington trimmers or different brands cannot use this set.

Questions about this item

How often should the 3 mm 6 mm 9 mm 12 mm 18 mm guide combs be replaced on a Remington HC5015 trimmer?

The five combs are made of durable plastic and have no moving parts; replace only if a tooth breaks or the comb no longer snaps securely onto the blade.

Which comb size limits the longest cut length when trimming continuously?

The 18 mm comb sets the maximum cutting length at 3/4 inch, so hair cannot be trimmed longer than that with this set.

Do the combs add noticeable heat or noise during extended wet or dry use?

The combs are passive attachments with no motor or electronics, so they generate no heat or noise themselves; only the trimmer body produces sound and warmth.
