Compatible Clipper Models

This hinge screw assembly fits Andis AG 2-Speed+ detachable blade clippers including model numbers 12485, 63785, 63970 and 64770. The six silver screws replace the original locking hardware that secures the blade hinge. They support wet and dry operation so the clipper can be used in the shower and cleaned under running water. The parts are new and ready for immediate installation.

Who Should Buy And Who Should Not

This kit suits owners of the listed Andis clippers who have lost or stripped the original hinge screws and need a direct replacement set. It also works for repair technicians servicing those specific models. Buyers with other clipper brands or Andis models not listed above should look elsewhere because the thread and dimensions are specific to the four stated part numbers. The package contains only the six screws and no blades or other components.

Deciding Specification

The critical specification is compatibility with Andis AG 2-Speed+ models 12485, 63785, 63970 and 64770. If your clipper carries one of those model numbers the screws will fit the hinge assembly. If it carries any other model number the threads will not match and the hinge will not lock correctly.
