T-Blade cutter for Wahl trimmers

This prewave T-Blade cutter fits Wahl models 9864L, 9899, 9899L and 9899-100 as well as part numbers 09893-1901-417 and 1917. It is a direct replacement for the original cutting head on those lithium-ion trimmers. The black metal-and-plastic assembly ships as a single cutter without retail packaging.

Replaces a worn or damaged standard blade

The T-Blade profile differs from the factory standard blade, so it changes the cutting geometry rather than simply restoring it. Switching is worthwhile when the original cutter no longer feeds hair cleanly or when a closer zero-gap finish is wanted. Buyers who need the exact factory blade profile should look elsewhere.

Simple snap-on installation

The cutter mounts on the existing hinge without tools, but alignment pins must seat fully before the clipper is switched on. A common issue is forcing the blade onto a misaligned hinge, which can crack the plastic carrier. Verify the model number against the list above before fitting.
