Prime-Line 9076662 Wing Nuts

This pack contains twenty-five stainless steel wing nuts with 5/16"-18 coarse threads meeting UNC-2B class fit. The plain finish provides corrosion resistance suitable for indoor and outdoor fixtures. Two integral wings allow rapid hand tightening without tools. They conform to ASME B18.6.9 and ASME B1.1 standards.

Suited for frequent adjustment tasks

These nuts serve well on equipment requiring regular assembly and disassembly such as drum hardware, trade-show displays or removable panels. They are not intended for permanent structural joints that demand high torque or locking features. Buyers needing prevailing torque or serrated flanges should select a different style.

Thread specification 5/16"-18 UNC-2B

The coarse-thread profile determines compatibility with matching bolts or studs. Verify the male thread diameter and pitch before purchase to ensure proper engagement. A flat washer may be added to distribute load and protect mating surfaces.
