Standalone CD/DVD tower for volume duplication

The Produplicator 20DVD is a self-contained duplicator that burns up to 20 discs at once without a host computer. An integrated 500GB hard drive stores master images for repeat jobs. The LCD menu lets operators start a copy run in one step. It is built for offices, studios and archives that need reliable physical-media output.

SATA daisy-chain design with internal buffer

The tower connects its 20 writers through a SATA daisy-chain, so only one data cable feeds the whole array. A 128MB buffer protects each burn against under-run errors. Automatic format detection handles CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R DL and DVD-RAM media. No software installation or PC scheduling is required.

Low-heat standalone operation

Because the unit runs without a computer, it draws only the power needed for the drives and controller. The standalone architecture keeps heat and acoustic output low during long duplication runs. Adjustable write speeds let the operator balance throughput against media quality.

Questions about this item

How many discs can the 20DVD duplicator burn in one run before the hard drive fills up?

The internal 500 GB hard drive stores multiple disc images so you can queue large batches without reloading the master each time.

Does the LCD screen show drive temperature or fan speed during all-day operation?

The front-panel LCD reports copy progress, speed and error status; it does not display thermal or fan readings.

What type of blank media do I need to have on hand for the 20DVD to start copying?

You supply standard CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R DL or DVD-RAM blanks; the duplicator automatically detects the format and burns at up to 48× for CD and 24× for DVD.
