What the Progressive International HPM-10 does

This burger press creates uniform patties for home cooks who grill or pan-fry regularly. The three-piece set includes a non-stick press, a removable dimple insert and a non-skid base with a comfort-grip pusher. It suits anyone who wants consistent sizing without hand-forming each portion.

Capacity and headroom for patty sizes

The press forms large hamburger patties, stuffed burgers, sliders and quarter- or third-pound portions. Removing the dimple insert allows seafood burgers and other mixtures to be shaped without a centre impression. It does not produce mini sliders smaller than the standard slider size or oversized pub-style patties beyond the large setting.

Thermals, noise and power draw in use

As a manual kitchen tool it generates no heat, draws no power and operates silently. The non-stick coating and dishwasher-safe construction simplify cleaning after cooking. No electricity or fuel is required, so there are no running costs or thermal considerations.

Questions about this item

Will the HPM-10 press fit the 10-inch grill plates I already own?

The press forms patties up to 10 inches in diameter, so it matches standard 10-inch grill plates and pans you may already use.

How can I verify the dimple insert is creating the centre impression correctly?

After pressing, each patty should show a shallow, round depression in the middle — that dimple promotes even cooking and prevents the burger from puffing up.

Does the box include the non-skid base and comfort-grip pusher, or must they be purchased separately?

The set ships as a complete 3-piece unit — non-stick press body, removable dimple insert, non-skid base and comfort-grip pusher are all included; nothing extra is required.
