Aircraft Aluminium Mount for Acer Projectors

This ceiling mount is built from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium and machined to fit Acer P1155 P1255 P1355W PE-S46 W46 X46 PR121 PR221 models. It positions the projector roughly 10 inches below the ceiling and allows 360-degree rotation with up to 80 degrees of tilt. The design leaves space around the chassis for heat to escape.

Included Hardware and Model-Specific Plate

All mounting hardware for drywall or wooden beams comes in the box along with detailed instructions. The CNC-machined plate you receive may look different from product images but is cut to match only the listed Acer models. No universal adapter plates or extra brackets are supplied.

Straightforward Drywall or Beam Installation

Installation follows the supplied guide using standard tools and the provided fasteners. The mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings, so buyers with suspended grids will need a different solution. If your projector model is not in the compatibility list the plate will not fit.

Questions about this item

Will the CNC-machined 6061-T6 mounting plate or included hardware need periodic replacement?

The plate and hardware are built to last with 100% aircraft-grade aluminum construction; no scheduled maintenance or replacement is required under normal use.

What is the maximum tilt angle before the mount reaches its mechanical limit?

The mount provides a maximum tilt of +/- 80 degrees, which is the first positional limit encountered during adjustment.

How much heat can build up around the projector when the mount holds it 10 inches from the ceiling all day?

The CNC-machined plate is designed to leave adequate space for heat to escape, and the 10-inch extension helps airflow around the listed Acer models.
