Aircraft-Aluminium Build

This ceiling mount is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium for a rigid, long-lasting installation. It is engineered specifically for Acer V6820M and VH-737 projectors, ensuring a precise fit without universal compromises. The CNC-machined plate minimises coverage on the projector body, leaving ventilation paths clear. All required hardware and detailed instructions are included for a straightforward setup.

Lateral-Shift Coupling

The mount attaches directly to a solid ceiling surface and is not intended for drop or false ceilings. A 360-degree rotating coupling allows full directional aiming, while the lateral-shift mechanism provides 1-1/2 inches of side-to-side adjustment to centre the lens with the screen. This flexibility accommodates mounting points that are not perfectly aligned with the projection axis. The fixed drop positions the projector roughly 5 inches below the ceiling plane.

Model-Specific Compatibility

The package contains only the mount and hardware; the projector itself is not supplied. The plate you receive may differ from product images but will fit the two listed Acer models exclusively. Builders using any other projector make or model cannot use this bracket. Installations requiring a shorter or longer drop distance, or a drop-ceiling interface, will need a different mounting solution.

Questions about this item

What is the fixed extension length that positions the Acer V6820M projector relative to the ceiling?

The mount sets the projector approximately 5 inches away from the ceiling surface.

How much heat clearance does the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate leave around the VH-737 unit during continuous operation?

The model-specific plate uses minimal projector coverage so adequate space remains for heat to escape all day.

Which Acer projector models must I already own for the ACER-V6820M-SLOTTED mount to fit without modification?

This mount is designed exclusively for the Acer V6820M and VH-737 projector models listed in the title.
