Construction and Clearance

The bracket is built from 100% 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for durable, long-lasting performance. This design positions the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling surface while leaving adequate space around the chassis for heat dissipation. Questions about this item

Will the aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum mounting plate ever need replacement?

The 6061-T6 aluminum construction is built to last and does not require scheduled replacement under normal use.

How far can the projector shift laterally before the mounting coupling reaches its limit?

The Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left or right adjustment to centre the lens.

Does the 5-inch ceiling gap restrict heat escape during all-day operation?

The design leaves adequate space around the projector for heat to escape, and the mount can be rotated 360 degrees to optimise airflow.
