Installation and Adjustment

The package includes all necessary hardware and detailed instructions for quick installation. The mount rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll adjustment in any direction. A Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left or right movement to centre the lens when the mounting surface is misaligned with the screen.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that your projector model matches the exact list above before ordering. The mount positions the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling and is not intended for drop or false ceilings. Ensure the mounting surface can support the assembly and allows adequate space for projector heat dissipation.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the mount rotates and pitches correctly after installation?

What hardware comes in the box and do I need any extra parts for a standard ceiling?

All necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included; no additional parts are required for a solid ceiling, but this mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

My projector is an Acer H7850 — is the ACER-D4K1701-SLOTTED the correct version?

Yes, the ACER-D4K1701-SLOTTED is designed specifically for the Acer H7850 along with the D4K1701, D4K1702, E270, HE-4K20, HT-4K20 and M550 models listed in the title.
