Questions about this item

Will the 6061-T6 aluminum plate or included hardware need periodic tightening after installation?

The mount uses 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and CNC-machined plates designed for a permanent fit; no maintenance schedule is required once it is properly secured to the ceiling and projector.

What is the maximum tilt angle before the mount reaches its mechanical stop?

The mount provides up to 80 degrees of tilt in either direction, which is the built-in limit for positioning the projector.

Does the 5-inch drop and open-frame design allow enough airflow to keep the Acer D526D cool during all-day operation?

The plate is machined to leave clear space around the projector vents, and the fixed 5-inch extension keeps the unit away from the ceiling so heat can rise freely during continuous use.
