Acer-specific projector ceiling mount

This ceiling mount is engineered to fit Acer EG40S, H7550ST, H7550STz, HE-815J, HE-815ST and HG-80ST projectors only. The CNC-machined mounting plate ensures precise alignment with these models. It is not a universal bracket and will not fit unlisted projectors.

Thermals and positioning

The mount holds the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling using 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium construction. This gap leaves adequate space for heat to escape during operation. The plate uses minimal projector coverage to avoid blocking ventilation paths.

Installation hardware and movement

All necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included for drywall or wooden beam installation. The bracket rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to 80 degrees in any direction for image alignment. The projector itself is not included in the package.

Questions about this item

How do I mount this bracket to a drywall ceiling and which step is most often missed?

Use the included hardware to secure the mount to drywall or a wooden beam; the step installers most often skip is verifying the projector model matches the CNC-machined plate before drilling.

What part of this mount will need checking or replacement over time?

Inspect the 6061-T6 aluminum plate and all included fasteners periodically for loosening caused by vibration; no other components require scheduled replacement.

What is the maximum tilt angle before the projector hits its mechanical limit?

The mount allows ±80 degrees of tilt; exceeding this range will hit the built-in stop and could stress the aluminum bracket.
