Acer-Specific Ceiling Mount

This projector ceiling mount is engineered exclusively for the Acer MF-542, N318, N328, N358, N368, P5230, P5330W and P5530 models. It is built from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for permanent installations in classrooms, boardrooms or home theatres. Buyers with any other projector make or model cannot use this mount.

CNC Plate and Included Hardware

The mounting plate is CNC machined for precise fitment and ships with all necessary hardware plus detailed instructions for a straightforward installation. The lateral shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens when the ceiling structure is off-centre. Installers must verify the ceiling can support the load; this mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Fixed 5-Inch Extension and 360 Rotation

This design positions the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling and allows 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment for image alignment. The minimal-coverage plate leaves space for heat to escape during operation. The fixed extension length cannot be altered, so rooms requiring a different drop distance will need a different mounting solution.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the mount is holding my Acer N318 projector securely once installed?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate is made for the listed models only, so the projector sits firmly with no wobble; the 360-degree rotation, pitch and roll locks keep the chosen angle fixed.

Does the ACER-MF-542-SLOTTED package include every bolt and bracket needed, or must I buy extra hardware?

All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are supplied in the box; nothing else is required for a standard ceiling installation.

My projector is an Acer P5330W — is this the correct version of the mount?

Yes, the mount is built for the P5330W and the other models listed in the title (MF-542, N318, N328, N358, N368, P5230, P5530).
