Questions about this item

What does the 360-degree rotation mean for aiming the projector?

The mount lets you spin the projector a full 360 degrees so you can point the lens at any part of the screen without moving the ceiling bracket.

How does the lateral-shift coupling help when the ceiling joist is off-centre?

It provides 1-1/2 inches of side-to-side travel so the lens can be centred on the screen even if the mounting point is not perfectly aligned.

How far below the ceiling will the Acer MU529 sit once this mount is installed?

The design positions the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling surface, keeping a small gap for airflow.
