Precise Fit for BenQ Projectors

This ceiling mount is engineered exclusively for the BenQ LH500, LH550, LW500, LW500ST, LW550 and TH575 models. It replaces generic universal brackets with a dedicated mounting plate that matches the specific chassis dimensions of these projectors. Installers avoid the guesswork of adjustable arms and the risk of blocking ventilation ports. Buyers with any other projector make or model cannot use this accessory.

Aircraft-Grade Aluminium and Full Articulation

The mounting plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, providing a rigid, corrosion-resistant connection point. A ball-joint mechanism delivers 360 degree rotation plus 35 degree pitch and roll adjustment in any direction, allowing precise image alignment after the ceiling plate is fixed. All mounting hardware for drywall or wooden beams is supplied with illustrated instructions. The fixed drop positions the lens roughly 4 inches below the ceiling surface, so rooms with very high ceilings or drop-tile grids will need a different solution.

Upgrade from Universal Mounts

Users moving from a universal spider mount gain a lighter, lower-profile installation that leaves more clearance for projector exhaust airflow. The dedicated plate eliminates the sliding rails and thumb screws that can loosen over time, reducing the chance of image drift. The improvement is worthwhile when the projector is permanently installed and exact lens centring is required. It does not address installations that demand a longer extension column or compatibility with suspended ceiling grids.
