The CNC-machined plate is cut from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium and positions the unit roughly five inches from the ceiling surface. A 360-degree rotatable coupling allows full directional aiming while a lateral shift feature provides one and a half inches of side-to-side lens centring. The design leaves open space around the projector for heat dissipation.
