Compatible Optoma Models

Included Hardware and Adjustment

All mounting hardware and detailed instructions are supplied for attachment to drywall or wooden beams. The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate allows 360-degree rotation plus +/- 35-degree pitch and roll adjustment for exact image alignment.

Fixed Extension and Clearance

The mount positions the projector approximately 4 inches from the ceiling, providing a low-profile installation with space for heat dissipation. It is not designed for drop or false ceilings, and the plate will only fit the models listed above.

Questions about this item

Will the 6061-T6 aluminum mounting plate need periodic tightening or replacement?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum plate is built to last and does not require scheduled tightening or replacement under normal use.

What is the maximum tilt angle before the mount hits its mechanical stop?

The mount allows pitch and roll adjustment up to ±35 degrees from level; beyond that the mechanism reaches its limit.

Does the fixed 4-inch ceiling offset restrict airflow around the projector during all-day operation?

The design leaves adequate space for heat to escape, and the 4-inch standoff does not impede the projector’s own cooling system.
