Aircraft Aluminum Construction

This ceiling mount is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for a rigid, long lasting hold. It is engineered specifically for the Optoma ZH450ST, ZK450, ZW350ST and ZX350e projectors. The CNC machined plate ensures precise fitment while leaving adequate space for heat to escape. All necessary installation hardware and detailed instructions are included in the box.

Installers Needing Lateral Lens Alignment

The integrated Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left and right adjustment to center the lens when the ceiling structure is offset from the screen. Full 360 degree rotation plus pitch and roll articulation allow flexible aiming in permanent installations. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling surfaces and will not fit projector models outside the designated Optoma series.

Telescoping Extension Range

The extension tube adjusts the projector drop from approximately 13 inches to 20 inches away from the ceiling in 1 inch increments. This fixed range determines whether the unit suits the ceiling height and desired image position in your room. Verify the required drop distance before purchase because the mount cannot extend shorter or longer than these limits.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 13 inch or the 20 inch extension setting for my ceiling height?

The telescoping pole adjusts in one inch steps from 13 to 20 inches so you can set the exact drop you need for the room.

What does the 360 degree rotation mean once the projector is mounted?

You can spin the unit a full 360 degrees and also tilt or roll it to aim the image precisely at the screen.

How does the lateral shift coupling work with the mounting plate?

The coupling gives 1-1/2 inches of side to side travel to centre the lens when the ceiling joist is off centre.
