Panasonic PT-LB Series Ceiling Mount

This aluminium ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Panasonic PT-LB1, PT-LB2 and PT-LB3 projectors. It provides a secure, custom-fit attachment point that replaces generic universal brackets with a precision-machined plate designed for those three models only.

Installers Needing Lateral Lens Alignment

The built-in lateral shift coupling delivers 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens when the ceiling joist is off-axis. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings, so installers working with suspended grid systems should seek a different mounting solution.

13 to 20 Inch Telescoping Drop Range

The extension tube adjusts in one-inch increments from 13 inches to 20 inches below the ceiling, giving enough headroom for standard ceiling heights. Beyond 20 inches the mount cannot reach, so higher ceilings require an alternative extension method.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own ceiling anchors and lag bolts for this PANA-PT-LB1-LAT-13 mount?

All necessary hardware for the mount itself is included; you must provide fasteners suited to your specific ceiling structure.

Will the 1-1/2 inch lateral shift coupling on this mount let me centre the lens if my ceiling joist is off-centre?

Yes, the lateral shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left or right adjustment to align the projector lens with the screen centre.

How can I confirm the telescoping extension is locked at the correct 13 to 20 inch drop after installation?

The extension locks in 1 inch increments; verify the projector sits at the desired distance and that the mount rotates 360 degrees without binding.
