Precision Mount for Panasonic VMZ Series

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Panasonic PT-VMZ41WU, VMZ51, VMZ51S, VMZ51SWU and VMZ51WU projectors. The CNC-machined mounting plate ensures exact fitment using minimal projector coverage while leaving adequate space for heat to escape. It is built from 100% 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium for lasting rigidity. Buyers with different projector models or drop-ceiling installations should look elsewhere.

Telescoping Extension and Lateral Shift

The telescopic arm sets the projector approximately 13 to 20 inches from the ceiling in one-inch increments, accommodating varied ceiling heights. A Lateral Shift Coupling provides one-and-a-half inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens when the mounting surface is not perfectly aligned with the screen. The unit rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll in any direction for precise image alignment. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included for straightforward installation.

Rigid Aluminium Construction Under Load

The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium chassis maintains structural integrity under sustained load, resisting flex that could shift the image over time. Minimal plate coverage promotes continuous airflow around the projector, supporting stable thermal performance during extended operation. The fixed lateral shift and telescoping settings lock securely, preventing gradual drift from vibration or thermal cycling. This mount is not intended for false or drop ceilings.
