Direct-fit ceiling mount for Planar PD4010 PD7010

This ceiling mount is engineered exclusively for the Planar PD4010, PD7010 and PD7060 projectors. The CNC-machined plate aligns with the factory mounting points so no adapter brackets or universal arms are required. All installation hardware and step-by-step instructions are included in the box. The aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium construction keeps the assembly rigid while staying light.

Installers needing 360-degree rotation

The coupling provides full 360-degree yaw plus pitch and roll adjustment, and the lateral shift coupling adds 1-1/2 inches of side-to-side travel to centre the lens when the ceiling joist is off-centre. The design leaves open space around the projector chassis for heat dissipation. Not intended for drop or false ceilings, so installers working with suspended grid systems should look elsewhere. Buyers with any other projector model will not be able to use this plate.

Fixed 5-inch drop from ceiling surface

This mount positions the projector approximately 5 inches below the mounting surface, a dimension that cannot be altered. If the installation requires a different drop distance — shorter for low ceilings or longer for high ones — this part will not meet that requirement. The fixed extension is the single specification that determines whether the mount fits the room geometry.
