Aircraft-Aluminium Ricoh Projector Mount

The CNC-machined bracket is cut from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium and built to last. It is engineered exclusively for Ricoh PJ WUC4650 and WXC4660 projectors, so the plate fits only those models. The mount positions the unit roughly 5 inches from the ceiling and is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Lateral-Shift Coupling and Fixed Hardware Kit

A built-in lateral-shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment to centre the projector lens when the mounting surface is off-centre. Every bolt, screw and washer needed for assembly is included in the box, and detailed instructions walk through the installation step by step. The plate you receive may look different from the product photos but will still match the listed projectors.

360-Degree Rotation with Pitch and Roll

The mount rotates a full 360 degrees and can be pitched and rolled in any direction for precise image alignment. Because the extension is fixed at roughly 5 inches, the projector cannot be moved closer to or further from the ceiling. The design leaves open space around the chassis for heat to escape, but the mount itself adds no active cooling.

Questions about this item

Will the 6061-T6 aluminium mounting plate need any maintenance or replacement over time?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium plate is built to last and does not require scheduled maintenance or replacement under normal use.

What is the first limit reached when the mount is rotated continuously through its full 360-degree range?

The mount rotates 360 degrees and pitches or rolls in any direction; the only mechanical limit is the end of that 360-degree rotation.

Does the 5-inch ceiling offset restrict airflow or cause heat build-up during all-day operation?

The design leaves adequate space around the projector for heat to escape, so the 5-inch offset does not impede cooling during continuous use.
