Sanyo-Specific Ceiling Mount

This aluminium ceiling bracket is engineered exclusively for the Sanyo PLC-XC50, PLC-XC50A, PLC-XC55 and PLC-XC56 projectors. The CNC-machined plate matches the mounting points on those models, leaving ventilation gaps clear and holding the unit roughly 10 inches below the ceiling surface.

Installers with listed Sanyo models

The mount suits technicians fitting one of the four named projectors onto a solid drywall or wooden beam ceiling. It does not suit drop-ceiling grids, nor will it fit any projector outside the specified Sanyo range; owners of other makes or unlisted models must seek a different bracket.

360° rotation with full tilt and roll

The joint rotates a full 360 degrees and tilts plus or minus 80 degrees, while also allowing roll adjustment for precise image alignment. All mounting hardware and step-by-step instructions are supplied, so the installer can secure the projector without sourcing extra fixings.

Questions about this item

What type of ceiling structure is required to install the SANYO-PLC-XC50-MM-10EXT mount?

The mount includes all necessary hardware for installation onto a drywall ceiling or wooden beam. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Will the mount allow my Sanyo PLC-XC55 projector to rotate fully for image alignment?

Yes, the mount can be rotated 360 degrees and pitched or rolled in any direction, with a maximum tilt of +/- 80 degrees for flexible positioning.

How can I verify the projector is mounted at the correct distance from the ceiling after setup?

This mount style sets the projector approximately 10 inches away from the ceiling, so measure the gap to confirm it matches this extension length.
