Projector ceiling mount for Sony VPL models

This ceiling mount is built for Sony VPL-BW120S, CH350, CH355, CH370, CH375, CW125 and CW255 projectors. It positions the unit approximately 10 inches from the ceiling. The plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium for a precise fit. All mounting hardware and instructions are included for drywall or wooden beam installation.

Sustained positioning and heat management

The mount holds the projector at a fixed 10 inch extension without sag under continuous use. Its minimal coverage design leaves adequate space around the projector for heat to escape during long operating periods. The aircraft grade aluminium construction maintains structural rigidity over time. The fixed extension length ensures consistent placement throughout the product life.

360 degree rotation with tilt and roll adjustment

The assembly rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll adjustment up to 80 degrees for precise image alignment. The CNC machined plate fits only the listed Sony models and may differ from product images. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations. Projector not included.

Questions about this item

How much heat can escape around the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate when the Sony VPL-BW120S runs all day?

The mount is designed to leave adequate space for heat to escape while using minimal projector coverage, and the 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum construction resists warping under continuous operation.

What ceiling structure and tools are needed before installing the SONY-VPL-BW120S-MM-10EXT mount?

All necessary hardware for drywall ceilings or wooden beams is included along with detailed instructions; the mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Will this mount still fit if I keep an older Sony CH350 or CW125 projector instead of the BW120S?

Yes — the mount is specifically designed to fit the Sony VPL-BW120S, CH350, CH355, CH370, CH375, CW125 and CW255 models listed in the title.
