Sony VPL Series Ceiling Mount

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Sony VPL-CX155, CX235, CX236, CX275, CX61, CX63 and EW225 projectors. It uses a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium plate that matches the chassis mounting points exactly. The design leaves clearance around ventilation paths so the projector can expel heat normally. All required fasteners and illustrated instructions are supplied for a single-person installation.

5-Inch Drop With Lateral Shift

The mount positions the projector roughly five inches below the ceiling surface, keeping the unit close to the structure while still allowing cable routing. A lateral-shift coupling provides one and a half inches of side-to-side travel to centre the lens when the ceiling joist does not align with the screen. The joint rotates a full 360 degrees and tilts in any direction for precise image geometry. This model is not rated for suspended or false-ceiling installations.

Passive Cooling and Rigid Construction

Because the bracket is solid 6061-T6 aluminium with no moving fans, it adds zero acoustic noise and draws no power.
