Sony Projector Ceiling Mount

This aluminium ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Sony VPL-DW120, DW126, DX100, DX120, DX126, DX140 and DX146 projectors. It provides a dedicated mounting solution for installers who need a precise fit without universal adapter compromises.

Build Integration and Clearance

The mount positions the projector roughly five inches from the ceiling and requires a solid drywall or wooden beam for anchoring. All fixing hardware and illustrated instructions are supplied, so no extra parts are needed. The CNC-machined plate covers only essential mounting points, leaving ventilation paths open for heat dissipation. It is not designed for suspended or false-ceiling grids.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium construction resists flex during long projection sessions. Full 360-degree rotation plus +/- 80-degree tilt and roll adjustments stay locked once tightened, preventing image drift over time. Buyers needing drop-ceiling compatibility or a different projector model will need an alternative mount.
