Mount for Sony VPL-FH Series

This fixed ceiling mount is built specifically for Sony VPL-FH30, FH31, FH35, FH36, FX30, FX35 and FX37 projectors. The CNC-machined mounting plate is cut from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium and positions the unit approximately five inches from the ceiling. All installation hardware and detailed instructions are included in the box.

Installers needing a dedicated low-profile fit

The mount suits technicians who want a secure, model-specific bracket that leaves space around the projector for heat dissipation. It rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to 80 degrees for precise image alignment. Buyers with drop or false ceilings should look elsewhere because this design is not intended for that structure.

Model-specific mounting plate

The bracket only fits the seven Sony models listed above; any other projector will not attach to the CNC-machined plate. If your projector model is not in that list this accessory will not work for your installation.

Questions about this item

Which Sony projector models does this SONY-VPL-FH30-MM mount fit?

The mount is built for the VPL-FH30, FH31, FH35, FH36, FX30, FX35 and FX37 projectors only; it will not fit any other model.

Can I use this mount on a drop-ceiling tile grid?

No — the hardware and 5-inch drop are designed for solid drywall or wooden beams, not for suspended ceiling grids.

How do I verify the mount is holding the projector at the correct angle after installation?

The joint allows 360-degree rotation and ±80-degree tilt; adjust until the image is square on the screen and the projector sits level.
