Ceiling Mount for ViewSonic LS800 and LS900 Series

This aluminium projector mount is built specifically for ViewSonic LS800HD, LS800WU and LS900WU models. It positions the projector roughly five inches from the ceiling and allows full 360-degree rotation with tilt up to 80 degrees in any direction. The CNC-machined plate uses 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for rigidity while leaving space for heat to escape. All mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included for drywall or wooden-beam installation.

Verify Projector Model and Ceiling Structure

Confirm that your projector is one of the three ViewSonic models named above; the plate will not fit any other make or model. The mount is designed only for solid drywall ceilings or wooden beams and is not suitable for drop or false ceiling grids. Ensure the ceiling can support the combined weight of mount and projector and that you have the tools required for the supplied hardware.

Sustained Positional Stability

Once secured, the mount holds a fixed orientation without drift, maintaining the 80-degree tilt limit and 360-degree yaw through continuous operation. The aluminium construction resists flexing under the projector’s weight over long periods, and the open plate design lets warm air rise freely so thermal cycling does not loosen fasteners. The projector sits at a constant offset from the ceiling, keeping the image geometry stable for extended viewing sessions.
