Projector Mount for ViewSonic LSC Models

This ceiling mount is built specifically for ViewSonic LSC730WU-ST, LSC731WU and LSC731WU-ST projectors. It positions the unit roughly 5 inches from the ceiling using 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium construction. The CNC-machined plate ensures a precise fit for the listed models only.

Lateral Shift Coupling and Rotation

The mount includes a Lateral Shift Coupling that provides 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens when the ceiling surface is off-centre. It rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll in any direction. All installation hardware and detailed instructions are supplied in the box.

Suited for Fixed Ceilings and Listed Projectors

Installers who need a dedicated, low-profile bracket for the exact ViewSonic models above will find this mount straightforward to fit. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings, and the plate will not fit any projector outside the three named models. Buyers with different projectors or suspended ceilings should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the aluminium plate or lateral-shift mechanism need periodic tightening or replacement?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate and lateral-shift coupling are solid components with no moving wear parts; only the mounting bolts should be checked occasionally for security.

What stops the projector from being positioned exactly where I need it under continuous use?

The mount provides 360-degree rotation and 1-1/2 inches of lateral shift; once the locking hardware is secured the position is fixed and does not drift.

Does the 5-inch drop trap heat or add fan noise during all-day operation?

The open design leaves clear space around the projector for its own cooling airflow, so the short drop does not restrict ventilation or increase audible noise.
