Installers Needing Lateral Lens Alignment

The mount suits installations where the ceiling attachment point is offset from the screen centre. Its lateral shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings and fits only the four listed projector models.

360-Degree Rotation With Pitch and Roll

The coupling rotates a full 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll in any direction for exact image alignment. The arm positions the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling. Construction uses 100% 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for rigidity.

Questions about this item

Does the 5-inch ceiling gap leave enough airflow for the ViewSonic PJD5255 running all day?

The mount positions the projector about 5 inches from the ceiling and is designed to leave adequate space for heat to escape during extended use.

What tools or extra parts do I need before installing this mount on a solid ceiling?

All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included; you only need standard tools such as a drill, screwdriver and appropriate ceiling anchors for your surface.

Will the 360-degree rotation and lateral shift still align the lens if my existing ceiling joist is off-centre?

The Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left/right adjustment and the mount rotates 360 degrees, allowing precise lens centring even when the mounting point is not perfectly aligned.
