Compatible ViewSonic 4K Projector Mount

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for the ViewSonic PX701-4K, PX728-4K, PX748-4K and PX749-4K projector models. It positions the unit approximately five inches from the ceiling surface. The CNC-machined plate is built from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for a precise, rigid fit.

Lateral Shift Coupling and Rotation

The integrated Lateral Shift Coupling provides one and a half inches of left-right adjustment to centre the lens with the screen. Full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll movement allow flexible image alignment. The design minimises projector coverage while preserving ventilation space for heat dissipation.

Fixed Extension Installation Notes

All required mounting hardware and detailed instructions are supplied for a straightforward setup. The bracket is not intended for drop or false ceilings and offers a fixed five-inch extension only. The actual plate received may look different from product images but will fit the listed models exclusively.

Questions about this item

Does the 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum construction require any periodic maintenance or tightening over time?

The mount is built from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for durability and includes all necessary hardware for installation, with no ongoing maintenance requirements mentioned.

What is the maximum lateral adjustment available if the ceiling mounting point is not centred with the screen?

The Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left or right lateral adjustment to centre the projector lens relative to the screen.

How does the fixed 5-inch drop affect heat dissipation during extended daily use?

The design leaves adequate space around the projector for heat to escape, and the mount can be rotated 360 degrees plus pitched and rolled to maintain proper airflow.
