Designed for Vivitek H1180HD Series Projectors

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Vivitek H1180HD, H1185HD, H1186, H1186WT and H1188 models. It positions the projector roughly four inches from the ceiling on drywall or wooden beams. The package excludes the projector itself and is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations.

CNC Machined Plate and Full Motion Hardware

A 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum plate is CNC machined for precise fitment while leaving space for heat dissipation. The mount provides 360 degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment of up to 35 degrees. All mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included for a straightforward installation onto the ceiling and projector.

Ideal for Fixed Installations of Listed Models

Installers fitting the exact Vivitek models named above benefit from a dedicated plate that minimises projector coverage. Buyers with different projector models or those requiring a drop ceiling solution should look elsewhere, as the plate will not fit other units and the mount lacks the necessary hardware for suspended ceilings.

Questions about this item

Will the 6061-T6 aluminum mounting plate need any maintenance or replacement over time?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum plate is built to last and requires no scheduled maintenance or replacement under normal use.

What is the first limit reached when the mount is adjusted to its full 360-degree swivel and 35-degree pitch or roll?

The mechanical limit is the 35-degree maximum pitch and roll range; the 360-degree swivel has no hard stop within that angular envelope.

Does the mount generate any noise, heat or draw power during all-day operation?

The mount is a passive mechanical bracket with no moving parts under power, so it produces no noise, no heat and consumes no electricity.
