Designed for Optoma HD7100 and HD7300

This ceiling mount is built specifically for Optoma HD7100 and HD7300 projectors. It uses a CNC-machined plate made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for a precise fit. The mount positions the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling and includes all hardware plus detailed instructions.

Suits owners of those two models only

The plate will only fit the Optoma HD7100 and HD7300; any other projector will not be compatible. Buyers who need a universal solution or who have a different model should look elsewhere. The mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Straightforward drywall or beam installation

All required fixings and clear instructions are supplied for mounting to drywall or wooden beams. The unit rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to 80 degrees for flexible aiming. The only common issue is attempting to install it on an unsupported ceiling type or with an unlisted projector.

Questions about this item

What type of ceiling structure do I need to attach the OPTOMA-HD7100-MM mount?

The included hardware supports installation onto a drywall ceiling or a wooden beam. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Will the mount block the ventilation on my Optoma HD7300 projector?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate uses minimal coverage, leaving adequate space for heat to escape from the projector.

How can I verify the mount is correctly installed and aligned?

After setup the projector should sit roughly five inches from the ceiling, rotate a full 360 degrees and tilt up to 80 degrees in any direction without binding.
