Compatible Optoma Models

Replacing Universal Mounts

Unlike universal brackets, this mount uses minimal projector coverage while leaving space for heat to escape. The jump is worth it when you need a dedicated fit that prevents wobble and ensures proper alignment for the listed Optoma ultra-short-throw models only.

Fixed 5-Inch Drop

The mount positions the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling and is not intended for drop or false ceilings. A 360-degree rotation with pitch and roll adjustment is provided, plus 1-1/2 inches of lateral shift to centre the lens when the mounting surface is off-centre.

Questions about this item

What ceiling clearance does the OPTOMA-X320UST-SLOTTED mount require for the Optoma X320USTi?

The mount positions the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling, so allow at least that much vertical space above the unit.

Which step is most often missed when installing the slotted plate on a GT5500?

Align the CNC-machined plate to the projector’s four mounting points before tightening the lateral-shift coupling, otherwise the lens will not centre.

When should the 6061-T6 aluminium hardware be inspected on a W319USTi installation?

Check all bolts and the lateral-shift mechanism once a year for tightness and corrosion, especially in humid rooms.
