Compatible Sony projectors

This ceiling mount is engineered for the Sony VPL-DW241, DX221, DX241 and DX271 models. The CNC-machined mounting plate matches the exact hole pattern of these units. It positions the projector roughly 10 inches below the ceiling surface. Projector hardware is not included.

Ceiling structure requirements

The mount is designed for solid drywall ceilings or wooden beams only. It is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations. Verify that your mounting surface can accept the supplied lag bolts and anchors. Ensure at least 10 inches of vertical clearance exists below the ceiling plane.

Build and daily use

The bracket is constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for rigidity. It allows 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment up to +/- 80 degrees. The minimal footprint leaves ample space around the projector for heat dissipation. All mounting hardware and detailed instructions are supplied.
