Compatible ViewSonic Models

This 10-inch extension mount fits ViewSonic PJD5153P, PJD5155N, PJD5250P and PJD6252L projectors only. The CNC-machined plate is built specifically for those models so the projector hangs securely with minimal coverage. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings and the plate you receive may look different from the images shown.

Included Hardware and Adjustment

All mounting hardware and detailed instructions come in the box for a quick installation onto drywall or wooden beams. The mount rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to 80 degrees in any direction, while the 100% 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium construction ensures lasting rigidity. Pitch and roll adjustments let you align the image precisely.

Clearance and Limitations

The extension positions the projector roughly 10 inches from the ceiling, providing space for heat to escape during operation. Buyers with other projector models cannot use this mount, and those needing a flush ceiling fit or a drop-ceiling solution will need a different product. Projector not included.

Questions about this item

Will the 6061-T6 aluminium plate or the 10-inch extension tube need replacement over time?

The mount uses 100% 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium with all installation hardware included; no maintenance or replacement parts are mentioned for the plate or extension.

What tilt limit is reached first when the projector is angled for long periods?

The mount allows a maximum tilt of +/- 80 degrees, which is the mechanical limit before the projector would contact the ceiling or lose secure positioning.

Does the 10-inch drop and 360-degree rotation affect heat dissipation during all-day use?

The design leaves adequate space around the projector for heat to escape, and the 10-inch extension keeps the unit away from the ceiling to maintain airflow during continuous operation.
