Projector Mount for ViewSonic Pro8600

This ceiling mount is built specifically for ViewSonic Pro8600 projectors. The machined aluminium plate attaches directly to the projector chassis without universal adapters. All mounting hardware and illustrated instructions are included in the box. The design leaves open space around ventilation ports for heat dissipation.

Suited to fixed installations on solid ceilings

Installers who need precise lens alignment benefit from the lateral shift coupling that centres the image when the mounting point is off-axis. The unit rotates 360 degrees and tilts in any direction for flexible aiming. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings and will not fit other projector models.

Telescoping extension range 13 to 20 inches

The adjustable column positions the projector 13 to 20 inches below the ceiling in one-inch increments. This single dimension determines whether the image height matches the screen in your room. Choose a different mount if the required drop falls outside this range.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 13 inch or the 20 inch extension setting for my ceiling height?

The telescoping tube adjusts in 1 inch increments from 13 to 20 inches so you can set the exact drop you need on site.

What does the 360 degree rotation actually let me do once the mount is installed?

You can spin the projector a full 360 degrees and tilt or roll it in any direction to square the image with the screen.

How does the 1 1/2 inch lateral shift coupling help if my ceiling joist is off centre?

It provides 1 1/2 inches of side to side travel so you can centre the lens without moving the ceiling anchor.
