Scale and Purpose

This 1/87 scale model replicates a Peterbilt 579 configured for potato and sugar beet transport. It is intended for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who appreciate officially licensed commercial vehicle replicas.

Defining Specification

The working roll-off dump body distinguishes this model from static display pieces. This functional feature allows the cargo bed to tilt and unload, matching the real truck's agricultural operation.

Sustained Handling

The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging with some assembly required. Once built, the sealed body has no opening panels, so the detailed interior and exterior remain fixed for long-term shelf display.
