Full-arm ergonomic mouse pad

The ProtoArc MP50 is a large ergonomic mouse pad with an integrated wrist rest designed for gamers, designers and office workers who spend long hours at the desk. Its Lycra fabric surface covers a slow-rebound memory foam core that resists deformation and provides consistent cushioning across the entire forearm.

Upgrade from compact pads

Small pads force the wrist to carry all the pressure, while the MP50 measures 30.0 x 19.5 x 0.1 in (11.8 x 7.7 x 1.6 in) so the whole forearm can rest on the 8-degree sloped surface with a massage bump. The jump is worth it when fatigue or wrist discomfort appears during extended sessions and desk space allows the larger footprint.

Desk fit and workflow

The pad requires a desktop at least 60 cm (23.6 in) long and 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, so measure the available area before ordering. A short learning curve is typical as the fixed slope and forearm support change hand positioning, after which the smooth Lycra surface frees mouse movement without needing a separate wrist rest.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 30.0 in by 19.5 in pad need?

The pad requires a desktop at least 23.6 in long and 15.7 in wide to fit the full 30.0 in by 19.5 in footprint without overhang.

What is the correct way to position the 8° slope during setup?

Place the thicker end nearest your body so the fixed 8° slope rises away from you, letting your forearm rest on the raised section while the mouse moves on the lower Lycra surface.

Can the Lycra cover or memory foam be replaced when they wear out?

The Lycra surface and slow-rebound memory foam are bonded into a single unit; no replacement parts are offered, so the entire pad is replaced when the surface shows wear.
