Four-Channel Passive RCA Mixer

The PROZOR 4-channel passive mixer lets you combine up to four stereo RCA sources into a single output without any external power supply. It suits home-theatre owners, DJs and desktop producers who need simple source summing and individual level trims in a compact metal box.

Unity-Gain Summing with 12 dB Insertion Loss

Each of the four channels has its own rotary attenuator feeding a passive summing network that presents a 10 kΩ to 47 kΩ input impedance and a 2.5 kΩ to 10 kΩ output impedance. The circuit introduces up to 12 dB of attenuation at full rotation, so it works best when the connected amplifier or powered speakers have enough gain to make up the difference; very low-level sources may need a preamp stage before the mixer.

Plug-and-Play Integration for Tight Spaces

Measuring 83 mm by 52 mm by 38 mm and weighing only .32 kg, the unit slips between components on a crowded rack shelf or desk. Gold-plated RCA jacks and a shielded all-metal chassis keep hum and RF interference low, while the included traceless tape secures the mixer without permanent mounting. No power cable or wall wart is required, freeing an outlet and eliminating ground-loop risk.

Questions about this item

Will the PROZOR 4-channel passive RCA mixer work with my older amplifier that expects a line-level signal?

Yes, the mixer has an output impedance of 2.5K ohms to 10K ohms, which is compatible with standard line-level inputs on older amplifiers.

How can I confirm the mixer is passing audio correctly after connecting my sources?

Play audio through each of the four RCA inputs and turn the corresponding volume knob; you should hear a clean, adjustable signal at the RCA outputs with no added noise because the passive design requires no power.

What comes in the box and do I need any extra cables or power supplies?

The package includes the stereo audio mixer, a piece of traceless tape, and a user manual; no power supply is needed, but you must provide your own RCA cables to connect up to four source devices and the output.
