Connectivity Limits

The MCU Pro communicates with a digital audio workstation over USB or standard MIDI ports using Mackie Control, HUI, or Logic Control protocols. It does not transmit audio signals, so a separate audio interface is required for recording and playback. The Eris 3.5 monitors accept balanced 1/4-inch TRS and unbalanced RCA inputs, but they lack digital inputs or wireless connectivity.

Upgrade Path

The bundle replaces a mouse-and-keyboard mixing workflow and consumer speakers with a hardware control surface and flat-response monitors.
