15W Qi Magnetic Charger with Kickstand

The PureGear 15W Wireless Qi Magnetic Charger delivers up to 15 watts of fast charging power for compatible smartphones. It magnetically aligns with MagSafe-equipped iPhones from the 12 through 15 series and works through most slim cases. A 20W USB-C wall adapter is included in the box for immediate desktop use.

Suits MagSafe and Qi phone owners

This charger suits owners of MagSafe iPhones or Qi-enabled Android phones who want a desktop stand for hands-free viewing while charging. Buyers whose phones lack magnetic alignment or Qi wireless charging cannot use the magnetic attachment or wireless power features. It is not a portable power bank and requires a wall outlet.

15W maximum wireless output

The single specification that decides fit is the 15W maximum wireless charging rate. Your phone must support 15W Qi charging to reach the fastest speed; otherwise it will charge at the lower rate your device allows. The included 20W USB-C adapter provides the necessary input power for that 15W output.

Questions about this item

What does the 15W rating deliver when the charger is connected to the included 20W USB-C adapter?

It provides up to 15 watts of wireless power to a compatible iPhone or Qi-enabled Android phone, with the 20W wall adapter supplying the necessary input headroom.

How does the Qi standard limit the charging speed on this magnetic pad?

Qi caps wireless output at 15W on this model, so even with a higher-rated supply the pad will not exceed that ceiling for any Qi device.

What does the metallic silver charger need to stay in place on a desk?

Its magnetic base clamps directly to a MagSafe-compatible phone or case, and the built-in kickstand props the assembly upright without extra mounts.
