Compatible Pyrex Lids

These two orange silicone lids are designed exclusively for Pyrex 7401-S 3-cup sculpted glass mixing bowls. They replace lost or damaged original covers and are sold as a pair without the bowls themselves. Buyers who need lids for Corelle, Anchor Hocking or other brands will not find a match here.

Heat And Cleaning Safety

The food-grade silicone tolerates microwave reheating and freezer storage without warping. After use the lids can be washed by hand or placed in the dishwasher for thorough cleaning. No thermal limits or power ratings are supplied beyond the stated microwave and dishwasher compatibility.

Leak-Proof Seal

A tight-fitting design eliminates gaps to prevent spills and keep contents fresh while blocking flavour transfer between foods. Each lid includes a hanging hole for compact storage. The critical specification is the exact model match to Pyrex 7401-S bowls; without that model number on the bowl base the lids will not fit.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Purekra KB-MIX-SCU-S2P lid on my Pyrex 7401-S bowl, and what step do people often miss?

Press the silicone lid straight down over the rim of the 3-cup sculpted glass bowl until the seal seats evenly; the step many miss is verifying the model number 7401-S on the bowl base first, because these lids do not fit Corelle, Anchor Hocking or other Pyrex models.

What maintenance or replacement will the Purekra KB-MIX-SCU-S2P lids need over time?

They are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe and freezer-safe, so routine cleaning is the only maintenance; replace a lid only if the silicone tears, the hanging hole stretches, or the leak-proof seal no longer sits flush on the 1.7018 cm x 15.5956 cm x 30.3022 cm profile.

What limit appears first when the Purekra KB-MIX-SCU-S2P lids are used continuously in the microwave?

The supplier confirms microwave safety but gives no maximum power level or time limit, so the practical limit is the bowl contents overheating before the orange silicone lid itself degrades.
